Whether to apply the payment method to all existing subscription addresses, will override address_ids if true

billing_address: AssociatedAddress

Billing address for the payment method

card_details​

card_details: CardDetailsFirstNameLastName | CardDetailsFullName

Card holder details

default_payment_method?​

optional default_payment_method?: boolean

Whether to set this payment method as the default
